| Continue working to fund the "Street Superfund" which could permanently fund street and drainage repairs and improvements. The Street Superfund would work like a retirement fund where the interest and earnings will fund operational repairs and maintenance. |

| I voted to hire 180 new police officers. I will continue working with the San Antonio Police Department to increase patrols in our neighborhoods and enhancing the SAFFE Officer Program in District 10. |

| LOWERING CPS AND SAWS RATES |
| Evaluate options for lowering utility rates for residents and businesses including developing a solution for eliminating "spikes" in summer-time electricity rates. |

| CODE COMPLIANCE |
| Continue working to implement improvements developed by District 10 residents in the code enforcement process. This includes creating a "Code Enforcement Court" within the Municipal Court system and educating the public on the code enforcement process. |

| SENIOR CITIZENS |
| I am proud to help open a District 10 Senior Citizen Community Center as well as acquiring land for an additional Senior Citizen Center. The center which opens in April will provide essential meals, city services and information on financial and health services. |

| WATER |
| San Antonio must find alternative sources of water. I will work closely with the San Antonio Water System, the San Antonio River Authority and the Edwards Aquifer Authority to develop cost effective recharge and recirculation solutions that expand our water supply while maintaining the high quality of our water. |
| REVITALIZATION |
| Initiate community-wide effort to economically enhance and beautify the Perrin Beitel corridor. |
